How It Works
- Order placed — upload your photo at checkout or reply to our confirmation email.
- 3D preview (3–5 business days) — our artists hand-refine your model and email you a preview. Free unlimited revisions until you approve.
- Production (~10 business days after approval) — precision full-color 3D printing, quality check, and premium gift packaging.
- Shipping — tracked worldwide delivery. Estimated 5–10 business days depending on destination.
Total Estimated Timeline
Most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks from order to doorstep, depending on how quickly the preview is approved.
Notes
- Every order includes tracking — you'll receive the number by email when it ships.
- Customs/duties (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
