Joyfulpop ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What We Collect
- Order information: your name, shipping address, email, and order details, used to make and deliver your custom figurine.
- Your photos: the photos you upload are used solely to create your 3D preview and printed figurine. We never use customer photos in marketing without written permission.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: cookies and analytics help us understand how the store is used and improve it.
How Long We Keep Your Photos
Uploaded photos and generated 3D models are deleted from our production systems 90 days after your order ships. You may request earlier deletion at any time by replying to your order confirmation email.
Sharing
We share data only with the partners needed to run your order: our print workshop (photos and model files only), shipping carriers (name and address), and payment processors. We do not sell your personal information.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Reply to your order confirmation email and we will respond within 7 days.
Security
Our store runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Production files are transferred over encrypted connections only.
