Refund Policy

Every Joyfulpop piece is custom-made from your photo, just for you. That shapes what we can and cannot refund — so we keep it simple and fair.

Before Production Starts

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it, as long as production has not begun.

3D Preview — Your Safety Net

Before anything is printed, you will receive a free 3D preview of your portrait. We revise it, free of charge, until you approve it. If we cannot reach a likeness you're happy with, you may cancel for a full refund before approving the preview — no arguments.

After Printing Begins

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and made only for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after you approve the preview and printing begins.

Damaged or Defective

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will remake it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Photo Problems

If the photos you provide cannot produce a quality result and we cannot reach you for better ones, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

How to Request

Email us with your order number. We respond within 24 hours, and approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
