# Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through [Joyfulpop] (the"Store") and governs the delivery, costs, and related procedures for our products, including simulation pet backpacks, pet keychains, and AI interactive toys. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
## 1. Order Processing
- **Processing Time**: All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after **3:00 PM UTC** will be processed on the next business day.
- **Quality Control**: Our AI toys and plush products undergo pre-shipment quality checks to ensure they meet safety and functionality standards, which may extend processing time by 1 business day for bulk orders (5+ items).
- **Order Confirmation**: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once payment is verified. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
## 2. Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders, with delivery estimates calculated from the date of dispatch:

## 3. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide, with delivery times and costs varying by destination. All international orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond our control.

### 3.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are **the responsibility of the recipient** and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- We use accurate HS codes (Harmonized System codes) for our products (e.g., 95030080 for stuffed toys, 95038000 for AI interactive toys) to minimize customs delays.
- You may pre-pay estimated duties and taxes at checkout via Shopify's built-in duty calculator; otherwise, these fees will be collected by the courier or customs agency upon delivery.
- **Shipping Restrictions**: We do not ship to countries under trade sanctions, or to remote areas requiring additional surcharges. Such restrictions will be indicated at checkout.

## 4. Order Tracking & Shipment Notifications
- A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Track your order status directly via the carrier’s website using this number.
- For Standard International shipments, tracking may not be available for the final delivery leg in some countries.

## 5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
### 5.1 Delayed Shipments
- Minor delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather, or customs processing. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen events.
- If your order has not arrived within **10 business days** of the estimated delivery date (domestic) or **20 business days** (international), contact us to initiate an investigation.
### 5.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments
- **Claims Window**: Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed within **14 days** of the estimated delivery date (domestic) or **30 days** (international).
- **Damaged Items**: You must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
- **Process**: We will initiate a carrier investigation and notify you of the outcome within 7–10 business days. Approved claims will result in a full refund or free replacement, at our discretion.
- **Exclusions**: We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
